Worship 2026: Abide in Jesus

A Message from Pastor Lee

Dear Church Family,

As we step into this new year, I pray that you are blessed and filled with the peace of God. For 2026, our church has selected the theme "Abide," anchored in John 15:5 (NKJV): “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” To abide means to remain, to dwell, and to stay vitally connected to Jesus, recognizing that we are entirely dependent on Him, just as a branch depends on the vine for life.

To help us live out this theme, I invite you to walk through five stages of abiding this year:

  1. Accept your identity as a branch in the True Vine.
  2. Build your life daily upon the foundation of His Word.
  3. Invest your time and resources into the things that hold eternal value.
  4. Discipline yourself in a godly manner to grow in spiritual maturity.
  5. Expand your influence by exemplifying Christ’s love to a world in need.

I encourage you to review the attached presentation (I attached Abide in Jesus PPT slides) for a deeper look at these steps. Jesus promised that if we abide in Him, we will bear much fruit. In Scripture, this "Fruit" manifests in four vital ways: the fruit of repentance, the fruit of the Holy Spirit (character), the fruit of righteous conduct, and the fruit of evangelism (souls).

Please click here to find the 2026 Abide Commitment Card. Once you complete and email me your commitment card, I look forward to supporting you with consistent spiritual guidance and dedicated prayer throughout 2026.

My prayer is that by staying connected to Jesus through our worship services and training programs, 2026 will be a year of unprecedented harvest in your life. May God continually bless you as we abide in Him together.

In Christ,

Pastor Lee
